NorRisk was founded in 2019 and is a niche company that mainly works for customers in the Norwegian maritime supercluster. These are shipping companies or companies in the seafood industry, aquaculture, offshore, shipping, shipyards, maritime technology etc.
Instead of being narrow in products (e.g. only work with marine insurance ), we choose to be relatively narrow in the industy sector and broad on insurance and only take on assignments for companies that live off and on the sea.
Kjell Godø Dyb - Broker and Managing Director
Kjell has almost 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Different roles in different companies have provided a unique insight into the industry, products and processes. Most years on the companies side of the table, but also many years as a broker in Norway's largest brokerage house. Versatile international experience and solid insurance expertise, as well as authorization as both a marine and non-marine broker, are a very good foundation for helping our clients.

Jan Harald bor i Ulsteinvik og har Søre Sunnmøre som spesialområde.
Geir Arne Dyb - Advisor and Claims manager
Geir holds a position as Advisor and Claims manager.
It is important for us to have first-hand knowledge about life at sea and the challenges our clients are facing every day.
Geir has long experience from ship management and operations.
He has been sailing as a captain on fishing vessels, cargo vessels and tankers. He knows the conditions at sea, in ports and at the shipyards. He has even been serving as an engineer on larger fishing vessel, is extremely practically and is still able to keep good order in all the documents.
He also holds a Certificate of Cargo Survey from the Lloyd`s Maritime Academy
